Half- and full-day cohorts that ship a working automation, security plan, or AI voice agent by the end of the session — not slideware.

Four flagship sessions — each pairs with a matching service offering so attendees have a clean path from training into implementation.

Every session is built around a tight loop: teach a concept, apply it to your business, ship something real. Slides are kept to under 30% of session time; the remainder is hands-on lab work using your own tools, processes, and data (no synthetic case studies).

Cohorts run 6–25 people for high interaction. Larger groups can be split into parallel breakouts with a co-facilitator. Onsite delivery includes a working lunch and printed playbook; remote delivery runs on Zoom with a shared Miro board and a private cohort channel that stays open for 30 days post-workshop.
